We asked for some work done, and a young guy came from the company, he seemed to have a very bad day and didnt do the quality I expected, but did most of the job and left. I wasnt very happy about the experience, so I went to the company address and talked to the boss. He was very understanding and was happy I got back to him to inform him, and a few days later another, more experienced and focused, guy came and did the job better than I had expected it to be in the first place.
He would go back and talk to the first guy who had been here.
This is the kind of leadership and responsibility I like in a company, its ok to do errors if you take responsibility for the actions and fix it. And the invoice we got after was completely fair.
We will definately use Kågeröds El in our future projects.
